Week of January Twenty Ninth 2017

Here is my menu for the upcoming week.  I do not always stick to it, but it is a great planning method to keep on track when sticking to a budget or eating healthy. As I have stated previously, I make all of the dough from scratch and alter most recipes to keep added sugar out (or at least to a minimum).

With the new year upon us, I have a lot of changes I would like to make. These include health, fitness and career goals. That being said I have a lot of changes coming to this blog, including this particular menu. Every item on this menu is Vegan or will be altered to be made Vegan. I am not becoming solely vegan, I have read great things on plant based diets and am always up for new delicious sounding recipes.
