Here is my menu for the upcoming week. I do not always stick to it, but it is a great planning method to keep on track when sticking to a budget or eating healthy. As I have stated previously, I make all of the dough from scratch and alter most recipes to keep added sugar out (or at least to a minimum).
This week is again one of those weeks where I do not have to grocery shop (yay!). I forgot from last Saturday to add we (Mark and I) had dinner at some friends of ours baby shower and this Saturday we will be at a wedding. We also have a few “friendsgivings” coming up, actual thanksgiving, work potluck, and another baby shower coming up so I will have to find some new fall recipes to try.
