Week of October Sixteenth 2016

Here is my menu for the upcoming week.  I do not always stick to it, but it is a great planning method to keep on track when sticking to a budget or eating healthy. As I have stated previously, I make all of the dough from scratch and alter most recipes to keep added sugar out (or at least to a minimum).

This has been the first week since I began planning out weekly dinner menus that I have not had to grocery shop (yay!!). With that being said EVERYTHING on the menu is based on what is currently in our (Mark and I’s) fridge/pantry. I am most excited for the pumpkin pancakes and will make sure to post the recipe with pictures.
