Here is my menu for the upcoming week. I do not always stick to it, but it is a great planning method to keep on track when sticking to a budget or eating healthy. As I have stated on my previous menu, I make all of the dough from scratch and alter most recipes to keep added sugar out (or at least to a minimum).
This week I am trying to use up all the eggs before they go bad. This is why I have added French Toast and Pasta Carbonara to my menu this week. Each of these recipes require multiple eggs. I will try and take pictures of my process creating each dish, let me know if there is anything I miss that you would really like to see or get the recipe for!
